Our New Workshop!

I've been pretty slack updating the news on our website so it's about time we talk about our new West Ipswich workshop and how it's been.

I will start by saying we're extremely lucky to have a nice large commercial workshop and all the professional gear we need to run our classes and give the customers the best facility we can get. And lets not forget we have a standalone office that has nice comfortable couches and some great art up on our walls as I believe a good looking and geared workshop is a great workshop.

We're on 3 and a bit years being at this property and what a journey it's been. We've moved things around more then I care to admit and I don't see us stopping anytime soon. There is always something that can be moved or rearranged to have a better workflow or provide more space.

We filmed our pilot episode of Forged Down Under and we're looking to film a new season with a slightly changed format - Keep and eye out for information ;)

We've also been through a few rough times with a noise complaint that we could luckily rectify and an unfortunate event where a staff member was let go due to them taking things that were not theirs.

In-between all that, we've run 1000s of classes and expanded out our range of classes and into Mig Welding beginner classes with more to come.

Here's some photos on when we moved in - we did a lot of work painting the place.

Moving into a new workshop is no small feat but we cannot be happier with the time and work we put into setting up our workshop. This allows us to offer our customers the best in class experience in Queensland.

Here is some more recent photos:

Our workshop is a lot larger then most people realise until you come in for a class as we're not open to the public. However, if you're in the area give me a call and if I'm around, we can give you a tour!
